Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our solution is tied to the email address you entered upon unlocking/payment. If you wish to change this email, please contact support at support@nubiit.com to review and process the change. Note that this can only be done ONE time for each valid transaction.
When to Cancel:
If you unlocked/purchased our service with an email address that will not be actively using our service on Google Workspace™ or you unlocked/purchased for another email, there is no need to cancel. Just contact our support and request for email change and we can transfer our service to the correct email address.
How to Cancel:
Cancellation of our service can be done through contacting us at support@nubiit.com to help you cancel.
Your activation/service is still valid even if you uninstall the Add-on. You must cancel it by contacting our support to cancel it.
Refunds:
We do not issue refunds nor prorate the service for unused time in the lifetime period. When you cancel your service, your records will be permanently removed from our activated user record. You must reactivate and make fresh payment if you want to use our add-on in future.

If you contact us within 24 hours of the unlocking/payment with a request for cancellation, we will cancel the service effective immediately and refund your payment. Contact us at support@nubiit.com to facilitate this.
If you feel you are entitled to a refund, despite not meeting the requirements described above, you can email us at support@nubiit.com to make your request. Please include information on when you unlocked/purchased our service, and why you are requesting a refund.
