Welcome to Nubiit.com ("Nubiit", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website and the Nubiit Google Workspace™ Add-on (the “Add-on”), collectively referred to as the "Services".

By installing, accessing, or using our Add-on or website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms if you're using our Services on its behalf.

2. Use of the Google Workspace™ Add-on

Nubiit provides an Add-on that integrates with your Google Workspace™ environment. By using it, you also agree to comply with:

3. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Nubiit grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the Add-on solely for your internal business or personal use with Google Workspace™.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Add-on
  • Use the Add-on for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Resell, sublicense, or distribute the Add-on

4. Account and Access

You are required to sign in with your Google account to use the Add-on. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and any activity under your account.

5. Data and Privacy

Nubiit may access certain limited-scope Google user data via APIs, such as your email address or files, only as necessary to provide our services. We do not sell, share, or access your data beyond what is required to operate the Add-on.

We handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Google’s data usage requirements.

6. Payment and Subscriptions

Some features of the Add-on may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

  • Pay all applicable fees
  • Authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (if applicable)

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated in writing.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and branding related to the Nubiit Add-on are the exclusive property of Nubiit or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Add-on at any time by uninstalling it from your Google Workspace™ account.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that the Add-on will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted. Nubiit disclaims all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Nubiit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Add-on.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nubiit, its affiliates, and staff from any claims, losses, or damages resulting from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We’ll notify users of material changes via email or the Add-on interface. Continued use of the Services after such changes indicates acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nigeria.
